Title: Branch Manager
Location: Jaipur & Lucknow

Minimum Experience: 3-10 years
Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)
Age Criteria: 23yrs to 35 yrs
Type of position: Full Time

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the brokers.
• Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
• Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
• To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health brokers.
• Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
