Locations – Ahmedabad, Ajmer, Udaipur, Agra – Fatehabad Road, Lucknow -Ayodhya Road, Gorakhpur, Haridwar, Ludhiana, Hoshiarpur, Delhi (Mahavir Enclave, Dwarka More, Karampura, Bhogal, Chattarpur, Shahdra, Jhandewalan, Burari, ), Mumbai – Dombivali & Virar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Surat- Kadodara, Jodhpur, Kota, Jaipur – Vidhyadhar Nagar, Aligarh, Jhansi, Haridwar, Ayodhya, Saharanpur, Panipat, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Ratlam, Noida, Dhule, Nandurbar, Nagpur – Nelson Square, Kalyan, Badlapur, Pune – Pune, Keshavnagar & Pimpri Chinchwad
Roles Responsibilities:
1. Process adherence of branch credit team and operations with zero error
2. Ensure all PDD and OTCs are closed within defined timelines as per the defined SLAs & TATs of organization.
3. Prepare regular MIS and published time to time according to defined timelines or whenever required
4. Ensure all deposition of collected fee by the respective branches within defined timelines
5. Improve the productivity for credit resource in terms of number of files processed
6. Maximize PA FTR for all branches
7. Ensure effective teamwork and maintaining CO’s teams across his / her region
8. Ensure team’s adherence to policies and corporate governance standards at Branch level.
9. Collaborate with Sales and other teams of Branch for seamless operations in day to day and achievement of overall branch targets
10. Pro-actively achieve credit targets with accuracy
11. Ensure TAT for processing each loan application is maintained by the team.
12. Ensure effective resolution of customer issues & complaint
13. Maximize PA FTR for branches and the movement is manageable
14. Ensure zero error cash reconciliation process.
15. Ensure service request resolution is done within the stipulated time.
16. Prepare precise MIS and publish within defined timelines.
17. Ensure all fee collected are deposited by the respective branches within defined timelines.
18. Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch.
Competencies
1. Team Management, Credit Management, Problem solving, Communication Skills,
2. Language – English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable
Experience – Minimum 3 – 7 Years (Preferred from same industry Home loans Affordable Segment)
Qualification – Grad/PG
Salary – As per experience & industry norm (3.00 lacs- 6.00 lacs)
