Vastu Housing Finance Hiring Position – Branch Manager (Home Loan / LAP)
Eligibility Criteria
4+ years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, NBFC, or Mortgage Sales
Experience managing 3–4 branches and sales teams
Proven track record of ₹2 crore monthly sourcing
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
Strong local market knowledge and customer/connector network
Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple branches and sales teams.
Drive Home Loan and LAP sourcing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
Develop local market, customer, and channel networks.
Monitor team performance and improve productivity.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company processes.
Take ownership of overall branch and business growth.
