Job Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end branch operations including sales, operations, and customer service in compliance with bank policies
* Handle customer transactions such as RTGS, NEFT, Demand Drafts, and resolve customer queries efficiently
* Maintain custody and control of security items and stationery (DDs, passbooks, bank stamps, etc.)
* Supervise BOD/EOD activities, branch security protocols, and CCTV monitoring
* Ensure timely closure of audit and compliance observations
* Drive OD recovery and collections through daily follow-ups, delinquent tracking, CSO coordination, and centre visits
* Conduct surprise centre visits and achieve monthly OTS targets for OD clients
* Promote third-party products (TPP)
