📊 Reporting To: Regional Audit Manager – Inclusive Banking
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct risk-based audit planning and field audits
✔ Execute end-to-end branch audits with complete coverage
✔ Identify control gaps and recommend practical improvements
✔ Prepare concise, accurate audit reports and MIS
✔ Track compliance and ensure timely closure of audit observations

Functional Skills Required
* Strong understanding of internal audit & regulatory frameworks
* Knowledge of products, processes, and compliance
* Good drafting, risk assessment & documentation skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
🎓 Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA
🏦 Minimum 2 years of Audit & Risk experience in SFB / NBFC / NBFC-MFI
📜 Banking certification (e.g., IIBF) preferred
