Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our operations
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in team handling
Solid understanding of GRT, HV (House Verification), Collections, and other microfinance field operations
MFI experience is mandatory
Prior experience as a Branch Manager (BM) or Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in a bank or microfinance institution
Proven leadership, field execution, and customer relationship management skills
