Ujjivan Bank Hiring 2026 Position – Cluster Manager – DSA – Housing Loans
Key Responsibilities
*Drive housing loan business through DSA and connector channels.
*Manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors and customers.
*Drive cluster-level business performance and achieve sales targets.
*Source business in the range of approximately ₹50 lakh to ₹4 crore.
*Develop the market and identify new business opportunities.
*Manage Home Loan and LAP sales across the assigned cluster.
Eligibility & Experience
*5+ years of experience in prime Home Loan sales with DSA channels.
*Graduation is mandatory.
*Strong experience in Home Loans, LAP and DSA channel management.
*Proven ability to drive business performance at cluster level.
*Excellent customer, DSA and sales relationship-management skills.
*Good communication skills and strong market knowledge.
