#Duties_and_responsibilities
1. Ensure all BCM reporting to branch on time.
2. Ensure the respective branches’ attendance both on line & manual are closed within 15 minutes.
3.Open to travel in the area of operations as and when required (15 days/month)
4. Mandatory field visit (CGT, GRT& CV) of ACM.
5. Audit, Loan applications & LD documents have to be checked at Pre /Post disbursal stages during visits.
6. The ACM should participate in the branch meetings and share observations on the last working day of every week.
7. Ensures the COB is closed on daily basis without fail. The RCM must coordinate with the HO / Branch and provide support to resolve any issue.
8. During branch visits the ACM should ensure CDP & other process are followed 100 %.
9. Validate the reports produced by RCM and ensure time lines are met.
