Tata Capital Microfinance Jobs Position – Regional Credit Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end credit processes for assigned regions
Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines
Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions
Conduct field visits, audits, and credit assessments
Collaborate with business teams to support quality sourcing
Lead and mentor the regional credit team
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Credit within the Microfinance / NBFC / BFSI sector
Age: Up to 35 years
Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate (relevant specialization preferred)
Salary – As per the company norms.
