Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Personal Loans and Credit Cards to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team and channel partners.
Generate new business through market visits, lead sourcing, and relationship building.
Ensure high-quality customer onboarding with proper documentation and compliance.
Monitor portfolio performance and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporates, and business partners
