Business Vertical: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth in the Home Loan and LAP portfolio.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to organizational policies.
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Home Loans and/or Loan Against Property sales.
Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market will be an added advantage.
