Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in MSME/LAP/HL (Secured) products
Proven team handling experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preference for local candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 4–6 members
Drive business growth in MSME, LAP, and Home Loan (Secured) segments
Achieve sales targets and ensure portfolio quality
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
