Sindhuja Microcredit Jobs 2026 Position – Cluster Sales Manager- MSME (Loan Against Property)
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 7–12 years of experience in MSME/LAP business.
* Proven experience in handling multiple branches.
* Strong understanding of disbursement processes, credit assessment, and collections.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise multiple branches for MSME (LAP) business operations.
* Drive disbursement targets while maintaining strong portfolio quality.
* Ensure timely collections and control delinquency levels.
* Support and guide Branch Managers and Sales Teams to achieve business targets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory requirements.
* Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
* Conduct regular portfolio reviews and implement corrective actions.
