Educational Qualification
Graduate (BA) – Mandatory
LLB – Added advantage
Key Requirements
* Sound knowledge of MACT case investigations and legal processes
* Prior experience in handling/managing field investigators will be preferred
* Ability to review and validate investigation reports
* Strong coordination skills with legal and insurance teams
* Willingness to travel across India as required
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise MACT-related investigation activities
* Review investigation findings and ensure accuracy and quality of reports
* Coordinate effectively with legal, claims, and insurance teams
* Guide and monitor field investigators
* Ensure timely completion of investigations and submission of reports
* Support the organization in strengthening investigation and claims processes
