* Qualification: MBA
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) underwriting
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and underwrite Loan Against Property (LAP) applications.
* Assess customer creditworthiness and financial documents.
* Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Recommend loan approvals based on risk assessment.
* Coordinate with sales and operations teams for loan processing.
* Maintain portfolio quality and manage credit risk.
* Ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.
