Experience: 5–8 years
Age: 28–40 years
Salary: As per company norms
Eligibility Criteria
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
*5–8 years of experience in Micro LAP, Mortgage, or Secured Lending
*Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
*Strong knowledge of the local market
*Excellent leadership and people-management skills
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets
*Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building capabilities
Key Responsibilities
*Drive Micro LAP and standard LAP business targets through open-market and direct sourcing.
*Lead, mentor, and monitor branch sales and relationship management teams.
*Build and expand a strong network of customers, connectors, and DSA channels.
*Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams for smooth and timely processing.*
*Monitor portfolio quality, KPIs, and delinquency levels.
*Ensure adherence to company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
*Drive branch performance, productivity, and sustainable business growth.
