We are looking for experienced and dynamic banking professionals for the following positions:
1. Branch Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth in BL/LAP segments
Manage branch operations efficiently
Lead and mentor team members
Ensure timely collections and portfolio quality
Requirements:
Proven experience in BL/LAP Sales & Collection
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of MSME lending
2. Assistant Branch Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Support branch operations and sales initiatives
Assist in managing team performance
Ensure achievement of business targets
Requirements:
Experience in BL/LAP Sales & Collection
Team handling experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Interview at Aavas Financiers 2026
3. Field Executive – Sales
Experience Required: 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers
Promote BL/LAP products
Maintain relationships with clients
Requirements:
Basic experience in BL/LAP
Good communication and field sales skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the MSME sector
Local candidates preferred
Immediate joiners will be given priority
