Job description


Roles and Responsibilities


•Building relationships & acquiring new customers for Home Loan / LAP
•Analyzing the creditworthiness of the customers by visiting the residence and business location and taking market feedback
•Maintaining healthy co-ordination with other departments like credit, collections & operations
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


Desired Candidate Profile

•Any graduate / post graduate with minimum 1+ year of work experience in home loan / lap sales
•Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
•Strong business sense and industry expertise
•Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
