Experience- Minimum 1 year of experience in MSME Operations
Qualification – Graduation

Preferred Candidate Profile
Local candidates residing in the same city will be preferred
Prior experience in MSME loan disbursement/operations is mandatory
Familiarity with MSME documentation, compliance, and process flow

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end MSME loan disbursement operations
Verify customer documents and ensure policy & compliance adherence
Coordinate with sales, credit, and legal teams for timely disbursement
Maintain accurate records and MIS for disbursement cases
Ensure TAT adherence and resolve operational queries
Support audit and post-disbursement requirements
