Recruitment in Arohan Finance Position – Area Manager
🔹 Key Responsibilities
▪ Manage 5–6 branches and ensure achievement of business targets
▪ Drive growth in MFI, MEL & Business Loan products
▪ Monitor daily branch operations, collections, portfolio quality & risk
▪ Lead, mentor & train Branch Heads and CSRs
▪ Support hiring, training & performance evaluation of branch teams
▪ Ensure compliance with all processes (CGT, GRT, VF, Recovery, TAT)
▪ Build strong relationships with customers, local authorities & community stakeholders
▪ Ensure accurate MIS reporting and timely coordination with HO
