• Acquire new customers and build strong relationships
• Assist in loan documentation and application processing
• Coordinate with support team
• Ensure excellent customer service and portfolio quality

• MBA (Finance / Marketing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric attitude
• Willingness to work in field and branch operations
• Basic understanding of banking/financial products
