Tata Capital Limited is hiring for “Credit Manager – Loan Against Property”
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in credit underwriting, specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP)
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate (Finance background preferred)
Strong analytical and credit assessment skills
Understanding of local market dynamics
Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and risk frameworks
Preference will be given to local candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Appraising and underwriting LAP proposals within defined policies and TAT
Conducting credit assessment and risk analysis
Working closely with sales and risk teams to ensure portfolio quality
Visiting customers, if required, for better understanding of business and creditworthiness
Ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and external regulations
