Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Area Manager role in the Microfinance industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in handling branch operations, portfolio management, and field teams
Compensation

⚠ Note: Only candidates with Microfinance industry experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise branch operations within the assigned area/division
Lead, train, and monitor field teams to achieve business targets
Ensure quality of loan portfolio and maintain strong repayment performance
Identify new business opportunities and expand microfinance outreach
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Monitor portfolio risk and control delinquency levels
Prepare and share regular performance reports with senior management
Build strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders
