Key Responsibilities
* Drive business sourcing through the Relationship Manager team
* Generate self-sourced leads and support team members in acquiring quality business
* Leverage local market insights (geography, demography, and distribution channels)
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
* Ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines
* Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead generation to loan closure
* Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business
* Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance to achieve business targets
