Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in team handling, specifically in LAP (Loan Against Property) within the MSME sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in LAP (MSME).
Foster client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Meet team targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence
2. Business Sales Officer (BSO) – Individual Role
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in LAP (MSME) business.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual sales role focused on achieving targets in the LAP business.
Responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing clients.
Provide expert advice to clients on financial products and services.
