We’re Hiring_Divisional Manager – Operations
Muthoot Microfin Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Divisional Manager – Operations to lead multi-product operations (Microfinance, IL & LAP) .
Key Requirements:
✔️ Graduate with 8–12 years of experience in the MFI sector
✔️ 3–5 years of leadership experience managing multiple areas/clusters
✔️ Age: 30–40 years
✔️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Proficient in MS Excel and operational data analysis
✔️ Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance
✔️ Sound knowledge of regulatory guidelines & compliance in microfinance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple branches and regions
Drive business growth while maintaining portfolio quality and operational discipline
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
Monitor operational metrics and analyze performance using MIS and data tools
Coach, mentor, and develop area and cluster-level teams
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
