Candidate Requirements
* Experience in *Micro LAP, Home Loans, Banking, or NBFC preferred
* Candidates with relevant field experience are encouraged to apply

* Candidates must be willing to work in the assigned location
* Age: Below 35 years
Salary & Benefits
*Branch Manager: ₹7 LPA + Incentives + Allowances
*Field Officer: ₹3.40 LPA + Incentives + Allowances
Key Responsibilities
* Manage branch operations and business targets
* Generate leads for Micro LAP, Home & Secured Loans
* Conduct field visits and customer meetings
* Acquire new customers and maintain relationships
* Verify customer documents and loan applications
* Coordinate with credit and operations teams
* Ensure timely loan processing and disbursement
* Monitor collections and portfolio performance
* Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
