Kogta Financial is Hiring 2025 Position – Relationship Manager / Relationship Officer
KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED is hiring for Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer- MSME Loan (LAP) with Team Handling E𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 of 1+ years for a full-time permanent job.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and acquiring customers for *MSME Loans / LAP (Loan Against Property)*.
* Managing and motivating a small team to achieve monthly business targets.
* Conducting customer meetings, understanding financial needs, and offering suitable loan products.
* Coordinating with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing.
Experience Required
* Minimum 1+ year experience in MSME loans, LAP, or secured business loans.
* Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.
* Candidates must have experience in NBFC/BFSI sector.
* Strong understanding of MSME customer profiles, financial assessment, and local market dynamics.
* Experience in sourcing direct customers, field visits, and relationship management.
* Good communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
