We are hiring for MSME Collections at Namdev Finvest Limited
eligibility criteria –
* Minimum 12th Pass
* Experience in Collections preferred
* Hard Bucket Collection experience is an advantage
* Experience in MSME, LAP, or Microfinance Collections preferred
* Ability to handle field collection activities
* Good communication and customer handling skills
* Willingness to travel for customer visits and recovery activities
Preferred Experience
* Experience in Collections, particularly Hard Bucket Collections
* Experience in MSME, LAP (Loan Against Property), or Microfinance Collections
* Ability to manage field collection activities and customer interactions
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overdue accounts and conduct recovery follow-ups
* Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets
* Visit customers and resolve delinquent accounts
* Maintain accurate collection records and prepare reports
