Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and portfolio quality in the Secured Loan segment
Lead, motivate, and manage branch teams to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Strengthen customer relationships and local market presence
Oversee business development and operational efficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
3–4 years of experience in Secured Loans
Strong team handling and business development skills
Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 1-month notice period preferred
Proven leadership and target-oriented approach
