Eligibility Criteria
Qualification – Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.
Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in the Microfinance or Banking sector.
Experience managing at least 4 branches is mandatory.
Age- 25–35 years

* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches.

* Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
* Maintain portfolio quality and ensure effective risk management.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
