🎓 Qualification:
Graduation or above
💼 Experience:
Minimum 3+ years
Product Experience: MSME Loans (Mandatory)
🔎 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Credit Appraisal & Sanctioning:
Appraise MSME loan proposals
Identify risks and suggest mitigating measures
Ensure timely sanction and disbursement of MSME loans
✅ Policy & Process Compliance:
Ensure underwriting as per company credit policies
Adhere to all loan sanction processes
Submit required reports to management within timelines

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end MSME loan disbursement operations
Verify customer documents and ensure policy & compliance adherence
Coordinate with sales, credit, and legal teams for timely disbursement
Maintain accurate records and MIS for disbursement cases
Ensure TAT adherence and resolve operational queries
Support audit and post-disbursement requirements
