Job Summary
IIFL Samasta Finance Ltd is seeking an experienced *Zonal Credit Manager* to lead and oversee credit operations across an assigned zone. Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end credit operations for the assigned zone
* Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
* Monitor portfolio quality, risk indicators, and initiate timely corrective actions
* Lead, mentor, and develop regional and area credit teams to build strong credit capability
* Collaborate with business leadership to balance growth objectives with risk management
* Drive consistent credit governance and best practices across locations
Candidate Profile
* Significant experience in the *Credit function within MFI / NBFC sector*
* Proven exposure to managing credit operations across multiple regions or states
* Strong understanding of credit risk management, governance frameworks, and audit processes
* Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
