Desired Candidate Profile
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Mandatory experience in collection and recovery leadership roles
* Prior experience in Microfinance, NBFC, or Small Finance Bank preferred
* Strong understanding of compliance and audit processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
