We at Vraddhi Finserve are Hiring for the Role of Business Manager in our Micro Business Loans and Micro Loan Against Property vertical at Mentioned locations-
Job Purpose
The role entails scaling up and growing the customer base for the branch and area. It also entails developing constructive relationships with customers and working closely with them to boost volume of business across geographies by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice. This role encapsulates the responsibility of customer sourcing and acquisitions and building strong relationships with key dealers, strategic partners to help in client sourcing and acquisition. This is a critical branch and area level role that directly impacts the revenue and P&L for the branch and locations assigned.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive business and sourcing activities in the assigned area to acquire new customers
Ensure Sales process adherence & desired productivity of Sales Officers and self.
Manage, mentor and motivate the Sales Officers team with self-productivity.
Monitor & ensure sourcing of quality business.
Spearhead manpower planning, recruitment and training to employees, to ensure high performing talent across levels – Sales Officers.
Represent customer requirements as a customer advocate to the organization and give inputs to innovating new and relevant products.
Collaborate with other departments and functions to provide best-in-class products and service offerings to the customer.
Educational Qualifications – Graduate – Any
Experience – 2 + years of relevant experience in Sales of Financial Products
