Job Summary
Tata Capital Ltd is hiring *Individual Loan Officers* to support its lending operations across key locations in Bihar. The role involves sourcing, processing, and managing secured and unsecured loan products while ensuring strong customer engagement and portfolio quality
Key Responsibilities
* Source and process individual loan applications for secured and unsecured products
* Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with credit and operational policies
* Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
* Achieve assigned business targets while maintaining portfolio quality
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate in any discipline
* Minimum 1 year of experience in secured and/or unsecured loan products
* Prior work experience in the same location will be an added advantage
* Good communication and customer-handling skills
