Interview in SRG Limited Position – Branch Manager
Product: Home loan/ LAP (Affordable Housing) background only
We’re looking for experienced Branch Manager to drive growth and lead high-performing teams in our Home Loan division.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loan / LAP
Prior experience in Affordable Housing finance is a must
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
In-depth knowledge of the local market for the applied location
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets
Drive business growth through channel development and direct sourcing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and partners
Ensure adherence to policy, credit norms, and operational standards
