Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Finance preferred)
Experience: 2–4 years in NBFC or Banking sector
Prior experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) and MSME lending will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed credit appraisal and underwriting of loan proposals
Perform risk assessment and manage branch portfolio quality
Lead and coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure strict compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Monitor loan performance and recommend corrective actions when required
