Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Bucket 4+ collections.
* Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
* Strong knowledge of NPA customer handling.
* Expertise in collection and recovery management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Graduate degree is mandatory
CTC: ₹28 LPA – ₹212 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage collection teams effectively.
* Drive recovery and collection strategies for Bucket 4+ portfolios.
* Manage and coordinate with external agencies to ensure optimal performance.
* Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance and ethical practices.
* Develop and implement strategies for improving collection efficiency.
