Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory experience in MLAP (Loan Against Property)
Strong understanding of the local market in Chandigarh or Modinagar
Proven team handling and leadership experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets in the MLAP segment
Drive sourcing of Loan Against Property cases within ticket size ₹2–15 Lakhs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are met
Identify market opportunities and expand business in the local area
Compensation
Up to ₹8 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and performance)
