Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a State Investigation Manager at SATYA MicroCapital Limited . The State Investigation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading investigations, evaluating compliance with regulations, and ensuring operational integrity at the state level.
Qualifications/skills
Investigative skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and report writing abilities
Experience in financial services or microfinance industry
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
knowledge of legal and FIR
team handling
Any graduate or above with good experience in nbfc and bank
Experience in the field of audit, risk, fraud control is a must; minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant field
