Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with:
* Strong experience in secured and unsecured loan collections
* Expertise in handling field recovery operations through FOS teams
* Proven team management and portfolio handling capabilities
* In-depth understanding of SARFAESI processes and recovery mechanisms
* Experience in driving recovery performance across assigned territories
* Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred.
