Job Details:-
*Product: Micro LAP (Loan Against Property)
*Ticket Size: ₹8–25 Lakhs
*Industry: Mortgage / Loan Against Property
Candidate Requirements
* Local candidates from the respective locations are preferred.
* Candidates with relevant LAP / Mortgage experience will be preferred.
* Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
* Good sales, business development, and team-handling skills
Key Responsibilities
* Manage branch-level Micro LAP business and operations.
* Drive loan sourcing and achieve branch business targets.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers and local business channels.
* Lead and manage the branch sales team.
* Monitor loan applications and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
* Ensure portfolio quality and timely disbursement.
