#Duties_and_responsibilities
 
· Credit officer will visit the branches & conducts Credit Appraisal Process in the field post completion Pre- Cap 1 & 2.
·  should verify the CB of the applicant & ensures the customers eligible to avail Surabhi loans as per company credit policy.
 will verify & ensures the correctness data entry captured in the Gravity application
·  will verify customers & co-applicant KYCs.
·  will do the 100% house verification & existing cattle with the customer is in milching condition.
· should access the income & expenses of the applicant & ensure the capability of repayment & also need check on other additional income generation of the applicant.
·  should ensure the quick mortality within 6 months of the loan disbursement.
·CO will verify the previous days transactions & cash control registers during branch visit.
  Educating branches on company policy & changes in the policy.
 CO should be proficiency over process & policies of the company.
 should be good in cash flow assessment.
CAP should be conduct as per norms & checklist & CAP completed files should be processed with zero discrepancies.
 will educate branch as well as customers on awareness on Risk & Fraud control.
 
Taking initiative & being cost effective for smooth operations.
 
 
#Physical_requirements
 
 The role is required to be mobile & is transferable.
 Will require to be contacted & conducting the CAPs in case of exigencies.
Willingness for extensive travel across the Rajasthan.
