We are looking for experienced Collection Managers .
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 4+ years of experience* in loan collections (MFI/NBFC/BFSI preferred)
Strong field collection and team management skills
Good understanding of local geography and customer base
Local candidates preferred
Immediate joining is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor daily loan collections within assigned territory
* Lead and guide field executives to achieve collection targets
* Handle field visits, customer interactions, and overdue accounts
* Ensure adherence to company policies and collection processes
* Resolve customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships
* Analyze collection data and report performance to management
