Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate mortgage loan applications and assess creditworthiness.
* Conduct secured credit underwriting and risk analysis.
* Verify applicant documents and financial information.
* Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Recommend loan approvals or rejections based on assessment.
* Coordinate with branch, sales, and operations teams.
* Maintain high portfolio quality and minimize credit risk.
* Prepare and maintain accurate credit appraisal reports.
