Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and sourcing for the Agency Channel
Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
Evaluating candidates and supporting selection decisions
Managing onboarding and completion of mandatory documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Fluency in Kannada or Tamil is mandatory
Good communication and coordination skills
Prior recruitment experience preferred (insurance/agency hiring is a plus)
