Home Loan, LAP
Eligibility Criteria*
Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loan & LAP within the local market
Proven track record in HL & LAP (Prime, Affordable & Micro)
Strong understanding of local geography, customer profile, and product knowledge
Excellent DSA and builder network
Local candidates preferred
Age: Below 40 years
Salary: Best fit as per current CTC and experience
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Home Loan and LAP business across Prime, Affordable, and Micro segments
* Lead, guide, and manage a team of 8–10 Relationship Managers
* Utilize strong local market, geography, and customer insights to build business
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners
* Ensure achievement of sales targets, productivity, and portfolio quality
* Conduct competition mapping and identify new business opportunities
