Home First Finance is Hiring Position – Branch Manager
HFFC (Home First Finance Company) is looking for Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 6–8 members across Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations.
Drive business growth by achieving targets in Mortgage and Affordable Housing Loan segments.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to company policies.
Deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Leverage IT and communication skills for smooth branch operations.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 6–8 years in Mortgage & Affordable Home Loans.
Branch Manager Experience: Minimum 2–3 years.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and IT proficiency.
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred).
