7–8 years of experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFI)
3–4 years of experience in team handling and leadership roles
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee cluster business performance, operational efficiency, growth, and market expansion.
* Ensure compliance with risk management, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers to achieve high performance.
* Implement strategies to enhance outreach, portfolio quality, and client satisfaction.
* Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, government authorities, and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Strong understanding of microfinance operations and rural lending.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Experience in business development, portfolio management, and compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
